Welcome to Kid's Talk Radio

Welcome to Kid's Talk Radio

What is Kid's Talk Radio?
Kid's Talk Radio is dynamic motivational project based learning program that advances student's education through creating media.

About This Page
This page houses kid's stories, resources, examples from around the country and eventually the world.

Bob Barboza
Designed by Kid's Talk Radio founder and education specialist Bob Barboza, Kid's Talk Radio gives teachers the tools to turn classrooms into newsrooms.

Kid's Talk Radio works with PNN.com to help kids share their stories and their world online. PNN.com is a free and simple way for kids and classrooms to make their own web pages and connect with kids worldwide.

The Kid's Talk Radio curriculum provides teachers with lessons, tools and outlines designed to inspire students to recognize, collect, edit and present feature stories. The program is designed for children of all abilities and enables teachers to differentiate instruction, actively incorporating all students in the learning process. Kid's Talk Radio is unique because it involves students in every aspect of making a multi-media broadcast. This helps students improve their skills in reading, writing, editing, listening, speaking, and using technology.

Our dream is to have a Kid's Talk Radio Center in every school. Through this unique networking connection, kids will be able to learn from each other and from teachers across the world.  Through global connection, Kid's Talk Radio will diversify the way people see their neighbors and expand social understanding. We work hard to empower students and improve instruction by integrating our differentiated instruction strategies into classrooms.  Striving to collaborate with teachers in unique ways while improving the impact of instruction, our action research design teams are working hard to build better teacher and student productivity tools. The future of Kid's Talk Radio goes hand-in-hand with the future of empowerment through communication.

Sorry we couldnt find a video with those options

Kids Talk Radio In Arizona

From time to time Bob Barboza and the FileMaker software team will visit Arizona and speak at the Arizona MECC Teacher Technology Conference.  This year we discovered a team of students that were podcasting.  They setup their own radio station and they wanted to find out more about Kid's Talk Radio.  We were happy to grant them an ineterview and you can hear it live by clicking the botton below.
